The Flight Object will make information accessible to the appropriate
capabilities within a reasonable response time. This aspect describes
the Flight Object information elements available during different periods
of time before and after a flight's departure, with how quickly the information
needs to be available. In addition, the future capabilities are listed
by the time periods during which they need access to a flight's information,
with how quickly they need that information. This description will assist
in defining the requirements for Flight Object implementation (see associated
issue).
